Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that considering the nature of claim made in the present writ petition it would be suffice if a direction be given to the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4853 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 grievance of the petitioner as claimed in the present writ petition as well as the in the representation made by the petitioner before the Registrar to dispose of the representation in terms of the provision of notification dated 15.01.2014 to grant the benefit Triple Benefit Scheme which allows benefit of Provident Fundcum-Pension-cum-Gratuity to the teaching and non teaching employees of deficit, grant Minority Colleges and other deficit grant Affiliated Colleges of the State.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, is directed to ensure payment in accordance with the rules governing the benefit of retiral dues as claimed by the petitioner in accordance with the provision of the rules relied upon by the petitioner within a period of six weeks along with the statutory interest till the date of payment, failing which, the petitioner is at liberty to take legal action against the Registrar of the University.

4. With aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
