Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 408(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act. According to the F.I.R. Informant Sweta Bharti was married with the petitioner. After her marriage the victim went to her Sasural. It is further alleged that the Sasural people including the petitioner used to demand Rs. 2, 00,000/- and one motorcycle from her. And due to non-fulfillment of demand the accused persons tried to kill her.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that

It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- per month which shall be released in favour of the informant. On behalf of the state and the informant it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts it is directed that petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant and thereafter the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 698 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
