Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application stands covered by the decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 1149 of 2010 dated 20.8.2014. Considering the fact that similar issue was considered and adjudicated by a co-ordinate Bench of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 1149 of 2010, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to extend similar benefit to the petitioner on verification of the record and if it is found that the case of the
