2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr.W.J.C. No. 924 of 2021, which got dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 06.07.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the S.R. defects pointed out by the Office have been removed.
