In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 20.8.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sikrahana, Dhaka by which he has cancelled his licence of fair price shop.

There is provision for appeal. The petitioner should first exhaust the alternative remedy. The petitioner, if so advised, may file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today. If he files appeal within the aforesaid period, the appellate authority while disposing of the limitation matter will take into account the pendency of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19928 of 2016 (2) dt.31-10-2017 present case before this Court.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
