The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S.Case No. 110 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's sister was married with petitioner's son three years ago and all accused persons were torturing her in connection with further demand of dowry and she was killed as demand was not fulfilled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law lives separately. However, it appears that victim died due to strangulation, so at this stage, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. So prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
