Petitioner seeks bail in Pakri Brawan P.S. Case No.222 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. It is alleged that during investigation one mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that no Test Identification Parade has been done of the aforesaid mobile till date. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21015 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada, in connection with Pakri Brawan P.S. Case No.222 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
