Petitioner is an accused in connection with Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No.66 of 2019 (G.R. Case No. 221 of 2019) for the offence registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather his name has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner has in custody since 10.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
