Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2016.

Earlier, this Court had refused prayer for bail to the petitioner on 05.10.2016 vide Annexure-P/1. The report of the learned Trial Judge dated 16.03.2018 would reveal that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined up-till-now.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55366 of 2017 (6) dt.20-03-2018 Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as undertaking of the petitioner to fully cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.133/2017/43/2017 (arising out of Chand P.S.Case No.95 of 2016), subject to the aforesaid undertaking, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
