The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.624 of 2019, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case for theft of his motorcycle. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the stolen property of the present case was recovered from possession of the petitioner for which S. Kamal P.S. Case No.312 of 2019 was registered.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already been released on bail for recovery of the stolen motorcycle for which S. Kamal P.S. Case No.312 of 2019 was registered. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2019.

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16349 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 has already remained in jail for about six months and he has already been enlarged on bail in S. Kamal P.S. Case No.312 of 2019 in which the stolen property of the present case was recovered from possession of the petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
