2. The only grievance which remains now is with regard to final sanction/payment of pension and gratuity.

3. As per the stand of the State, the petitioner is required to explain the expenditure of Rs. 4,22,088/- which was taken by him for construction of work but the same has not been reconciled. Thus, according to learned counsel for the State, the petitioner is required to deposit the amount to enable the authorities to issue No Dues Certificate to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no objection if the authorities work out the amount which, according to them, is outstanding from the records against the petitioner and then after adjusting the same from the amount payable to him, the rest be paid.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 3 and 4 to get computation made with regard to the full and final pension and gratuity of the petitioner. Upon the same being done, sanction order shall be forwarded to the Accountant General, Bihar with the condition that the amount which is found payable by the petitioner be deducted and sent to the concerned department and rest be given to him. The exercise be completed expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today.

7. Learned counsel for the State shall communicate the order to the officer concerned.
