The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No.146 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 12.375 litres of illicit liquor has been made from the motorcycle which does not belong to the petitioner and the petitioner has been named by the co-accused in his confessional statement. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
