The petitioner prays for a direction for appointment as Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Kendra Dumra North, Code No.110, in the district of Aurangabad relying upon the direction issued by the Deputy Director, Welfare as an appellate authority under the guidelines in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 143/2011, whereby while issuing direction in the order so passed he has
Patna High Court CWJC No.3263 of 2016 (2) dt.30-01-2018 mentioned that in case private respondent who was found to be more suitable to the petitioner does not join the post, the same be offered to the petitioner.
A counter affidavit has been filed and confirms the joining of the private respondent on the post of Anganwari Sevika following the order passed in appeal. A copy of joining has been enclosed at Annexure-D to the counter affidavit and is dated 1.7.2016.
The joining of the private respondent thus ends the contest initiated by the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
