Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance as with regard to her selection and appointment on the post of Anganbadi Sevika, remedy for her will be before the District Programme Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved before the Collector of the district who in turn has sent the representation of the petitioner to the District Programme Officer.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10298 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 That being so, the District Programme Officer and the Collector of the district is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
