JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bodh Gaya PS Case No. 280 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 364, 120B/34 of the IPC.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, except suspicion raised by one person there is no other material against him and similarly situated co-accused Haridwar Mishra has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Chargesheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Raj, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya PS Case No. 280 of 2017.
