Petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2018.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against Radhe Shyam Chaudhary of causing fire arm injury to the brother of the informant. The name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the aforesaid co-accused. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
