The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 605 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 10 liters of illicit liquor from beside the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 12.12.2018.
