The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 429, 153A, 295A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960, Section 345 read with Section 429 of the Bihar Municipality Act, 2007 and Section 79 of the Bihar Police Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and punishment prescribed for the offences alleged as well as the statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of

No.20307 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bikramganj Police Station Case No. 578 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
