This Court has apprised that in pursuant to the order under contempt, the representation of the petitioners has already been disposed off on on 03.10.2025 and, as such, the present contempt petition stands infructuous, however he seeks a liberty to assail the order, whereby the claim of the petitioner came to be turned down.
