At an earlier occasion while rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for bail vide order dated 19.08.2017 under Cr. Misc. No.34057 of 2017, a liberty was granted to renew the prayer after framing of charge. From Annexure-4, it is evident that charge has already been framed and that being so, petitioner, Megha Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No.142 of 2016.
