The reason is obvious from perusal of Annexure- A.
Not only this Court, but many Benches have also refused to interfere where ever full compliance of the instructions have not been carried by an examinee.
In view of the above, the reason for non evaluation
Patna High Court CWJC No.9767 of 2015 (3) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 of the physics paper of the petitioner is attributable to the petitioner.
