Considering that the petitioner was disengaged as back as in 1997, as admitted in paragraph-16 of the writ petition, no case for regularization is made out for the legal position on the issue stands well settled and it is only such of daily wagers who continue to be on the rolls, can seek regularization for it is a condition precedent for seeking such a relief.
No cause for indulgence is made out in the circumstances discussed.
The writ petition is disposed of.
