ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-04-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 30.11.2010 passed by the Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in G.R.P. Sone Nagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2008.

The case of the informant is that his younger brother was being tortured by the petitioner, who was the Principal of the school on account of which he committed suicide.

During investigation, it appears, that there is evidence against the petitioner in support of the allegation of the prosecution. Hence, finding no merit in this application and disregarding documents filed on behalf of the petitioner showing that initially a case of unnatural death was instituted and no offence under Section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27723 of 2012 dt.07-04-2015 2/2 306 of the Indian Penal Code is made out, the application stands dismissed.
