2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhubani P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(C) and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 72.670 gm of Brown Sugar has been recovered from one Suraj Kumar.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17858 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 Special Judge (NDPS Act), Purnea/concerned Court in connection with Madhubani P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.
