ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 11.07.2014 passed in Maintenance Case No. 95M of 2010 by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. Considering that the impugned order is merely granting interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is rejected.

The Court below is directed to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
