2. Though by order dated 25.06.2019, the District Magistrate, Saran was directed to be personally present today along with his show cause but the Court had also given indulgence that if the order of the Writ Court dated 01.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 2475 of 2016 was complied with, he would only file an affidavit and would not be required to be personally present.

3. Pursuant thereto, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 in which copy of the order dated 10.07.2019 has been brought on record. The same indicates that the application which was required to be disposed off by the District Magistrate, Saran has been disposed off and the direction for grant of Arms License to the petitioner has been rejected.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with.

5. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

6. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him under law with regard to the order dated 10.07.2019, before the appropriate forum.
