The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 22.02.2018 on being remanded in the present case from another case, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 854 of 2017, G.R. No. 3589 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and petitioner has falsely been implicated by way of obtaining confessional statement of this petitioner since petitioner was in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49404 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 custody in another case.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner - Bimal Paswan be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria / concerned court in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 854 of 2017, G.R. No. 3589 of 2017.
