Petitioner seeks bail in Ashok Paper Mill Case No.134 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56837 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Darbhanga, in connection with Ashok Paper Mill Case No.134 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
