2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11419 of 2024 to the extent of correcting the name of court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of the main petition, due to inadvertence, instead of mentioning the name of court as "Judicial Magistrate, Railway Court, Barauni", it was wrongly typed as "Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai" and as such, same error has occurred in the last paragraph of aforesaid order dated 22.02.2024.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, paragraph - 6 of order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11419 of 2024, be read as follows:

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Railway Court, Barauni (Begusarai) in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023 (G.R. No. 82 of 2023), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure."

5. Accordingly, further four weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below and furnish bail-bond.

6. The order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11419 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only and this petition is allowed.
