The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No.162 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On secret information, the police party conducted raid at the house of co-accused Manoj Ravidas where they arrested one of co-accused Mukesh Das and one country made fire arm and two cartridges were recovered from his possession. It has been submitted that the said apprehended coaccused Mukesh Das disclosed the name of this petitioner and other eight others. The petitioner was neither apprehended on the spot nor any incriminating material has been recovered from his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62848 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 possession. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2017. Learned APP opposed the submissions.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-2nd, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No.162 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No.412 of 2017).
