2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2000 of 2016 dt.12-10-2017 2 / 2 petitioners prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') for the relief prayed for in the present writ application.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
