2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8645 of 2016 dt.12-10-2017 2 / 2 order dated 02.04.2016 passed in Appeal No. 37 of 2014 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas ( Sasaram).

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and within the statutory period.
