JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal under Section 60 of the Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the Appellate authority shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law, without
