The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 568 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from a Maruti Alto Car and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery and the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 568 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
