The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.538 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyrights Act and Section 103 of the Trade Marks Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery is behind the back of the petitioner and the seizure list does not disclose the name of any witness either of himself or any member of his family. It is further submitted that even seizure list was not handed over to any inmate of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10762 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 family of this petitioner so as to make out a case. Considering the aforementioned submissions and the nature of allegations against this petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.538 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
