Petitioner is accused in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 17785 of 2019 on 26.03.2019. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018.
