In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 08/2014, Trial No. 2526/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dayan Act.

The FIR has been instituted making an allegation that there was altercation with regard to land dispute between the parties, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19668 of 2020(3) dt.11-12-2020 2/2 the complaint case, an FIR was lodged in which the police has submitted final form. The petitioner Sunaina Devi has also filed a case against the informant and others. Series of cases has been filed by the relative of the informant against the petitioners with ill motive.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case no.08 of 2014, Trial No. 2526 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
