The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kanti P.S. Case No. 616/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The police found that 6-7 boys were roaming at the ATM of United Bank of India. On chase two boys apprehended. One Nitish Kumar and other Abhay Kumar. From the possession of Nitish Kumar one ATM, issued in the name of Siyalal Sahani, was recovered. Nothing was recovered from the possession of Abhay Kumar. Nitish Kumar and Abhay Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner was only standing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30862 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 there and on suspicion this case has been lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 616/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
