Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that, in the background of land dispute, on the order of this petitioner, her son Md. Rehmatullah lit fire the hut of the informant resulting into perishing of household articles.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of liting fire is not against the petitioner who is a lady.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31408 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, West in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
