2. The petitioner's admitted retiral dues have been paid except for 10% pension and unutilized leave with regard to which the stand of the authorities is that the same shall be decided after conclusion of the departmental proceeding.

3. It was, thus, submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the authorities concerned with regard to such payment, upon
