Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19959 of 2020(10) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 nos. 1, 2 and 4 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
