2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and except suspicion there is no objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner's name has transpired on disclosure of co-accused persons Tilak Singh @ Golu and Dinesh Kumar Yadav @ Chotti who were arrested at the spot along with one country made pistol, two live cartridges and one Samsung Mobile. There is no recovery of any incriminating articles from the conscious

Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner having accused in four prior cases of similar nature, this Court is not incliend to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
