The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawalpur (Jagapatty) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations as made against the petitioners are wholly frivolous and they have been validly using electricity and paying bills. It is further submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is running a furniture shop but the raiding party found discrepancies which were unjustified and on protest made by the petitioners, the present case has been lodged. No.30741 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 nature of allegations, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District West Champaran in connection with Nawalpur (Jogapatty) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
