The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 796 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Ram Avtar Dom and not against the present petitioners.

Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

A perusal of the post-mortem report reveals that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25029 of 2019(4) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 death of the lady occurred on account of the cumulative effect of the injuries inflicted by all the accused persons who had attacked her including the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected.
