Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Section 384 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioner snatched Rs.

12,000/- from the complainant on pistol point. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner filed Kurtha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2010 against the complainant on 16.03.2010 and thereafter the present complaint has been filed on 22.03.2010. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the case lodged by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32656 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 the petitioner against the complainant is at earlier point of time, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 229 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Since in a case of the year 2010 the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail in the year 2015, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial.
