JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 428 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 103(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that co-accused Prahlad Manjhi is the assailant of the deceased and not the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Tariya P.S. Case No. 428 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
