ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.5.2014.

In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties, attempt was made to settle the dispute but it could not be done. Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 2.5.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 195(C) of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Distt. Patna, is hereby confirmed on the same terms as also that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9545 of 2014 (4) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
