The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Palanva P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the informant was married to the son of the petitioners on 10.03.2014. The victim was being tortured and she was found strangulated to death on 30.07.2014, within four months from her marriage. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted that Rafiq Ansari, the husband of the deceased has already been acquitted vide order passed in S.Tr. No. 75/2015 but it appears that the petitioners were not appearing in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19548 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 the court and there is specific allegation that the petitioners were also torturing his daughter-in-law who was killed within four months from the date of her marriage.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
