The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Roushanganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 143, 448, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the parties are agnates and they fought on account of land dispute and boring pump and the injured persons sustained simple injury. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
