The petitioner in the present case is a lady member of the family who is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 11/2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house was under lock and key but it appears that somebody had put the illicit liquor in the premises which was not known to the petitioner and this petitioner being a lady member of the family has been falsely implicated on this ground alone. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances particularly

No.17219 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 that petitioner is a lady member of the family, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 11/2019, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
